1. Acceptance and business identity

These Terms and Conditions govern anokhagift.com and orders placed with AnokhaGift. They apply from 19 September 2026. By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.

You must be legally competent to contract under applicable law. If you act for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

2. Accounts and customer information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, inaccurate information or a security risk.

3. Products, previews and personalisation

Product photographs and digital previews are illustrative. Screen settings, material texture, printing, engraving, cropping, handmade processes and manufacturing tolerances can cause reasonable variations in colour, placement, size or finish.

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, image quality, cropping, size, quantity, delivery address and other choices before confirming an order. A preview is an approximation and not a colour-accurate production proof unless we expressly say otherwise.

We may contact you if an uploaded file is unusable. If you do not respond within a reasonable period, the order may be delayed, cancelled or produced using the instructions available, depending on the circumstances communicated to you.

4. Customer content and permissions

You retain ownership of photographs, artwork, text and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to preview, produce, quality-check, deliver and support your order.

You confirm that you own the content or have all required rights and consents; it does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights; and it is not unlawful, harmful, obscene, hateful, deceptive or exploitative. We may reject content or cancel an affected order. If we cancel solely because we cannot lawfully or safely produce it, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled item, subject to lawful deductions disclosed before refund.

We will not use personal photographs for public marketing without separate permission.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm production or dispatch. We may limit quantities or cancel for stock issues, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil personalisation, serviceability limits or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will initiate the applicable refund to the original payment method, except for any separately agreed non-refundable work already completed where permitted by law.

6. Prices, taxes, coupons and payments

Displayed prices, shipping charges, taxes and discounts are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected, and we will seek your approval before charging a higher corrected amount.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay and other displayed methods. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment approval, reversals and settlement timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Coupons may have separate eligibility, minimum value, expiry, product and usage restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or combined.

7. Cancellation and changes

Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. Non-personalised items may be cancelled before dispatch where the order status permits. Personalised or made-to-order items may be changed or cancelled only before design, printing, engraving, cutting or production begins. Once production begins, cancellation or changes may not be possible because the item cannot ordinarily be resold.

8. Shipping, delivery and risk

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may result from customisation approval, courier operations, remote-area service, weather, public holidays, force majeure, incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.

You must provide a complete serviceable address and reachable phone number. Additional shipping or return-to-origin costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery may be charged before redelivery.

Please inspect the package promptly and follow the evidence and reporting process in our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Returns, replacements and refunds

Eligibility, exclusions, reporting windows, evidence requirements and refund timing are set out in our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Personalised products are generally not returnable for change of mind, but remedies remain available for verified damage, manufacturing defects, missing items or incorrect products.

10. Reviews and communications

Reviews and feedback must be genuine and lawful. You grant us permission to display submitted reviews and non-private feedback with reasonable formatting. We may moderate content that violates law or platform rules.

You consent to order-related contact by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp using the details provided. Promotional communications are governed by your preferences and applicable law.

11. Website and intellectual property

The website, branding, layouts, product descriptions, graphics, software and AnokhaGift materials are owned by or licensed to AnokhaGift and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not scrape, reverse engineer, copy, republish, interfere with or exploit it without written permission.

12. Prohibited use

You must not use the website or products for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malicious code, automated abuse, unauthorised access or interference with services. We may block activity, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful investigations.

13. Warranties and liability

We provide products and services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every non-material product variation will match a screen preview exactly.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate AnokhaGift for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your infringement of another person's rights, unlawful use of the website or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to loss caused by our own breach or negligence.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control, such as natural disasters, epidemic restrictions, strikes, transport disruption, government action, network failure or civil disturbance. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate material delays.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through customer support and grievance redressal. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts at New Delhi, Delhi will have jurisdiction.

17. Changes, severability and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
